just droped in to show off the latest doodle. I was messing about trying to do a face that looked like it was squinting and about half an hour later i ended up with the picture of the blob from X-men.

Some dude over a Deviantart asked me to do a draw off/Jam type of thing so I agreed and this is the results on my end.

Spent about 40-45 minutes doodlin this.

Not drawing enough lately. maybe I got stuff on my mind or maybe I'm too busy worryin bout this baby me and the wife have got comin. Man I struggle to look after myself. . . . how am I gonna look after a baby. . . . guess I'll find out soon enough.

Been a while since I posted and updates are or the way. got lots to tell about the DVI online comic that I'm making and other stuff too. but I thought I'd drop by and show off what I made about 25 Weeks ago.

Now I'm just as proud as punch of this cause its propably the best thing I've done, ever. . . . .

I know that my beautiful wife Clare is doing most of the work cooking up this little bun, but it as a great sense of achievement for me. I've always been good at breaking and destroying things. but this creating life thing seems pretty cool so far.

Finally got around to scanning in my bedside sketchbook. This is the Sketchbook I keep by the bed so I can sketch down ideas or to doodle in of the TV is crap. Hope you enjoy these.

The first one is a dude running and some radomness.

This one is a sketch of the Justice league. It was a doodle of Green Lantern that ended up being the whole team.

I Made This!!!

Just a quick stop to alert the world that the second coming is happening sometime around 6th of June next year. There will be a new Holden on the block. We don't know if its a boy or a girl yet but I'm sure little H will be just awesome.

We had our first (and probably only) scan on Wednesday and all is fine with baby. Mom on the other hand needs some kind of mood drugs to stop the hormones(hahaha) only jokin. she's fine too(smile if you're reading this babe).

Anyway to the grand unveiling. Drum roll. . . . dum dum dumda dum

As you will all see it has its father's gargantuin noggin.

Tried to do something a little different with this image of Wolverine. I'm kinda fed up with the big hairdo artist always gove him. bout time he had a more normal haircut. Anyway, there a bits about this I like and little bits I hate, hence its unfinished.

So, got my copy of FM2008. So i guess I'll see you all in a year or so.

Only joking. I ain't played it yet still got a few things i want to do to my current team on FM2007. 10 Scottish Leagues in a row, 9 Champions Leagues in a row. 9 World club championships, 9 European super cups, 1 UEFA cup. 10 Scottish Cups and 10 League cups. My Gers team is the most dominant force ever.

Been catching up on Powers lately. someone needs to make this into a TV show or a movie. Heroes is good and all that but this would blow it away. love the way it just changes direction but keeps the old direction going too. the character interaction is great and after a couple of pages you feel like you know a newly introduced character. Bendis is really at the top of his game on this book. and the art, Oeming is probably one of the best artists in the business. He ain't no Jim lee (who is?) but then again he does something completely different. Love his stuff.

No Art. Booooooo!!!

Hey,
Not been doing any art lately. Was in the hospital for a wee bit then when i came out I found out that my beautiful wife was pregnant.

I've just about picked myself up off the floor (We are totally over the moon).

So anyway to keep things frsh on here I thought I'd ramble on about something or other.

Doc Martin. Moday Nights ITV 9pm
This is a TV show that i should really hate. Nothing seems to happen in a nowhere town between people that i have no interest in but somehow i like it. It may be the way Martin Clunes plays the charater but i really enjoy watchin this little TV gem. Give it a go.

Rangers beat Barcelona in thrilling 0-0 game.
As you can guess by the heading I'm a blue nose. Dont hold it aginst me though. I watched a great display from my team last night and an average display from Barcelona. Alan Hutton is turning out to be one of the finest Right Wingbacks to come out of scotland ever!! there have been time over the last few years I've wanted to string him up for getting sent off and getting involved etc etc. but this season, and the second half of last season, he has been playing out his skin. In my opinion he deserved the man of the match award last night and on saturday past.

Football Manager 2008
Where is my damn copy of Football manager 2008. The wife ordered it ages ago and it still ain't here. This postal strike has really messed things up.

We all feel we don't get paid enough but come on all these strikes are achieving finally giving businesses and the public a boot up the arse to go find another parcel/postal service. There are gonna be a ot of unemployed postman soon.

Shadowhawk

Hate this character. Always have. always thought of him as a cross between Batman and Wolverine. Guess its also my dislike of Jim Valentino's art. He's a pro and I respect his contribution to comics and Image comics as a whole but personally i don't like his style.

Wildcats - Void

This is another really quick sketch. This time is Void from Wildcats. She was the teams teleporter. Always handy to have one of them on the team.

Could have spent lots of time on this one cause i like the detail in drawing metal. but these studies are just to scratcha nostalgic itch. So here she is.

This little guy is Emp from Wildcats. He is Kheribum(???) Lord and the leader of the original team.

Kinda got a John Byrne influence going on with this pic. No idea where it came from.
